Kinetix H126 4.5kg Fast Hardener.
Used with Kinetix R240 High performance, Kinetix R246 Low Viscosity and Kinetix R118 Infusion Resin.
A very low viscosity epoxy resin suitable for most infusion processes.
The low viscosity enhances the fibre wetting, enabling the production of high strength, void free laminates that have excellent moisture resistance.
Mix ratio: 100 parts resin to 25 parts hardener by weight.

Designed for laminating, R240 resin and hardeners produce stronger, stiffer laminates than conventional general purpose epoxy systems. Excellent mechanical properties are produced in carbon fiber, kevlar and fiberglass laminates.
R240 is available with a choice of hardeners to offer a variety in pot-life and working times as a room temperature laminating system.
- Solvent Free
- Medium/Low Viscosity
- Room or Low Temperature Cure
- Not suitable for resin infusion.
Mix ratio: 100 parts resin to 25 parts hardener by weight.

KINETIX R246 cures at room temperature, or low elevated temperature, and is suitable for fibre composite construction. The low viscosity of this system is a significant aid in both hand lamination, or machine impregnation, operations.
The relatively low activity of R246 offers extended working times which is also a benefit for large laminating projects.
* In comparison with R240 resin, R246 mixed with associated hardeners, will produce significantly longer working time, typically in the order of 100%.
- Solvent Free
- Room or Low Temperature Cure
- Extended Working Time
- Low Viscosity
Mix ratio: 100 parts resin to 25 parts hardener by weight.

KINETIX R246TX cures at room temperature, or low elevated temperature, and is suitable for fibre composite construction.
The thixotropic nature of R246TX reduces vertical drainage when high resin contents are employed in heavy laminates.
R246TX offers extended working times and cured mechanical properties are excellent.
* In comparison with R240 resin, R246TX mixed with associated hardeners, will produce significantly longer working time, typically in the order of 100%.
- Solvent Free
- Room or Low Temperature Cure
- Extended Working Time
- Low Viscosity

PVA Release agent is purchased as a liquid form, once it dries it forms a plastic film over the surface of the mould. PVA release agent can be wiped, sponged or sprayed on to a wide range of pattern and mould surfaces to provide a very compatible and reliable release barrier for polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins. PVA is often the first release agent whenever there is increased risk of a mould sticking to a pattern or a part sticking to a mould such as when using patterns or moulds for the first few releases or when using potentially incompatible resin systems for the mould and the part. PVA will always leave a slight texture on the surface which can be easily sanded away.
Please note, colours may vary depending on supply.
R2517 is a liquid epoxy resin designed to cure at temperatures ranging from 15deg c to 60deg c
It is suitable for general purpose laminating applications including fiberglass, and is commonly used in low temperature mould making.
A choice of two hardeners enables the cure time to be adjusted according to the ambient temperature.
- Solvent Free
- Choice of Hardener Speeds
- Room Temperature Cure
Mix ratio: 100 parts resin to 25 parts hardener by weight.

Technirez R2529 is a solvent free, thixotropic epoxy resin specifically designed for use with H2429 hardener that will cure at ambient temperature for tooling and pattern making applications.
R2529 and H2429 is used when an abrasion resistant thixotropic gelcoat is required.
Kit includes: Resin 5kg + hardener 0.5kg (There is only one type of hardener available for this product)
Mix ratio: 100 parts resin to 10 parts hardener by weight.

Technirez R2532 is a solvent free, glass-fibre reinforced paste that cures at room temperature and is suitable for tooling, foundry and pattern making applications.
Mixed resin and hardener produces an easily hand-workable laminating paste. High temperature applications such as pre-preg moulds can be produced with a combination of R2532 and H2421.
- Solvent Free
- Room Temperature Cure
- Glass-Fibre Reinforced
Mix ratio: 100 parts resin to 15 parts hardener by weight.

These pumps can be used for regular vacuum bagging, or resin infusion!
Note, oil filled style pumps provide the best vacuum level, however they do require greater attention too keep them happy and living a long healthy life. First of all they can get hot, this heat can cause the pump to fail. To avoid this, oil filled pumps are best turned off after the vacuum is pulled. Simply pull a vacuum and then turn the pump off. If the vacuum bag looses pressure, the first thing to do is fix the leak! If running the pump for an extended period of time is unavoidable, please add one of our vacuum cutout switches into the setup.
They also run much better under full vacuum than they do pumping air. An easy technique to prolong the life of your pump is simply push air out of the bag first using your hands, before connecting the pump to finish the job. While pumping air they will use a small amount of oil, this is normal and unavoidable, The latest generation of pumps comes with a new exhaust system to greatly reduce the amount of oil vapor, it is extremely effective, so much so that new users may not even notice the effects of pumping air! However trying to avoid pumping air remains the best method for using this style of pump.
If you are looking for a pump to run all day every day, a dry vane pump is what you need. We don’t currently offer a dry vane as they are unable to reach the required vacuum level for resin infusion.
None of the above should scare you off trying these pumps, they are fantastic value for money, and keeping the above steps in mind you will see many many years of reliable service!
