Technifill R1160 is a pre-thickened, two part fairing compound suitable for fairing in marine and industrial applications. The thixotropic nature of the Technifill XP R1160 is designed for good hold-up on vertical surfaces, and it will bond well to a variety of substrates including fibreglass and timber, and metal surfaces with suitable preparation.
Technifill XP has an easy 1:1 mix ratio, the blue-tinted R1160 resin and white-tinted H1160 hardener combine to create a light blue mixture indicating a thorough blend.

Techniglue R60 is a high strength adhesive suitable for bonding structural elements fabricated from timber, fibreglass, concrete and metal, and is commonly used in civil construction for mechanical fastenings and laminated beams.
R60 is available with a choice of hardener speeds, and the thixotropic nature of the adhesive provides good gap-filling and hold-up on vertical surfaces.
TECHNIGLUE R60 has recently been tested and gained approval for VOC Compliance under the specification of the Green Building Council of Australia / Green Star Office Design V3 IEQ-13.
R60 is also available in a convenient, self-mixing cartridge pack making mixing and application quick and mess-free. Coloured resin and hardener give a visual indicator of correct mix.

Techniglue Rapid Cure R90 is quick setting and excellent for quick repairs and temporary bonds to hold parts in position while standard epoxy bonds cure. R90 is suitable for bonding timber, concrete, fiberglass, marble, and with special preparation, some metals and plastics, and requires minimal clamping.
This type of adhesive is used in marine joinery and repair, commercial joinery and furniture manufacture, stone and masonry bonding and home handyman applications.

Includes:
- Clear 10mm thick, acrylic lid, so you can see inside while in use. (Handy when being used for degassing)
- High quality, stainless steel, 60mm oil filled vacuum gauge.
- Durable powder coat finished steel pot.
- Resin intake tube positioned central in the lid to line up with a cup placed inside.

Use a vacuum catch pot in between your job and the vacuum pump to prevent any resin entering the pump.
Can also be used as a ‘degassing chamber’ meaning you can extract air bubbles out of your mixed epoxy or rtv silicon by placing the cup inside and turning on your vacuum pump.
Our vacuum cutout switches can automatically control any 240v vacuum pump, starting and stopping the pump to keep a constant vacuum without straining or overheating the motor. The switching vacuum pressure is adjustable by rotating the screw inside the vacuum port.

WEST SYSTEM 410 Microlight is the ideal low density filler for creating a light, easily worked fairing compound especially suited for cosmetic or surface applications like shaping, filling or fairing. 410 microlight mixes to a very smooth creamy texture that can be troweled to a feather edge, and is less porous than other fillers.
410 is best used under a light coloured surface, if the products final surface is to be dark in colour then WEST SYSTEM 417 would be a better choice.

411 Microsphere Blend is a low density filler which cures to a lightweight filling putty with excellent filleting characteristics. 411 Microsphere Blend is also used as a low density adhesive for edge gluing in strip plank construction.

413 Microfibre blend is a high density filler that when added to epoxy resin creates a multi-purpose high strength adhesive that can be used for structural applications including bonding, filleting and hardware bonding, yet still retains excellent wetting and penetrating capabilities. As a filler 403 microfiber blend offers an added degree of thixotrophy and substantially improved spreading and working properties.

West system 423 graphite powder can be mixed with epoxy resin to produce a low friction coating with increased scuff resistance and durability. 423 is often used as a bearing surface, and as a coating on the bottoms of racing craft that are dry sailed.
