We machine the grooves here in house, we can customize the grooves to suit your needs. So far we have done 1mm, 1.5mm and even tapered grooves. Currently the largest sheet size is 900mm x 600mm due to machine restrictions.

The custom groove price may vary depending on the complexity. We will contact you after purchasing to confirm the grooves you are after. After knowing the groove requirements, we can then let you know if there is any additional charge before proceeding.

The standard grid pattern is 20mm x 20mm x 1.5mm deep on both sides of the sheet, grooves are 1.5mm wide, it has a slotted connecting hole every 20mm connecting the 2 sides 1.5mm x 2.6mm. (Connecting holes may vary on thicker sheets).

Standard grooving is a set price.
